Making your own Chocolate Confections has never been easier. Please go to our "Producing Original European Chocolate Confections" guide and see for yourself.
You don't have to be a European Chocolatier or professional candy maker to produce these confections. Just follow the simple instructions in the guide. Make it a family event to produce them and have fun! Then surprise your friends with your creations. You may even want to start your own Chocolate Confections business!
The gift boxes come with a plastic tray with cavities for 25 confections. There are 24 boxes in a set, enough for 600 Confections.
The Tokyo Design Glassine Candy Cups fit perfectly in the gift box. They come in 5 colors, each packed 120 in a sleeve.
The Chocolate ingredients are Confectioner's Chocolate Coating and Chocolate Ganache/Truffles. They are manufactured by Semper-ASM in Sweden. You melt and mix them in proportions of your choice following the instructions in the Guide. Depending on how you make your confections, you will probably be using between 11 and 15 lbs. of the combined Coating and Ganache to make 600 Confections.
